SHIS KA BOB 
1 c. olive oil
1 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. marjoram
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. parsley
2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 lbs. beef tenderloin, cubed
1 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloin, cubed

Marinate meat overnight, then alternate beef and pork on skewers and cook. Add onions, peppers, tomatoes, etc. to skewers, if desired.

Marinade is great for chicken, too.
