4 cube steaks
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. solid shortening
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. chili sauce or ketchup
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Brown steaks in shortening; sprinkling with salt, pepper and flour. Remove from pan. To pan add remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over steaks. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
