STUFFED ARTICHOKES 
1 artichoke
2 or more Tbsps. water
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Cut top and bottom from artichoke and trim points. Turn upside down and mash slightly to open leaves. Stuff leaves with mixture. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil over artichoke in cooking pot. Steam in covered pot in a little water 45 minutes or longer. Done when leaves pull off easily.
