RANCH STEW 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. chopped onion
2 cans condensed vegetable soup
16 oz. can pork and beans in tomato sauce
3 c. water
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 med. stalk celery, sliced
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/8 tsp. instant minced onion
1/8 tsp. cumin

Cook and stir ground beef and onion in a dutch oven over medium heat until beef is light brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with cheddar muffins. It's a wonderful camping dish!
