RANCHBURGERS 
1 c. sauerkraut, drained
1/2 c. cranberry sauce
1/4 c. chili sauce or catsup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
4 onion rolls, split
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 env. onion soup mix

Combine sauerkraut, cranberry sauce, chili sauce, and brown sugar in 4-cup glass measure; mix well. Use COOK cycle and cook 5 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Cover and set aside.

Combine ground beef and soup mix; blend thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties. Arrange in 10-inch round microproof baking dish. Cover with waxed paper. Use COOK cycle and cook 3 minutes. Turn patties over; cover. Use COOK cycle and cook 3-4 minutes, or until desired degree of doneness.

Place patties on bottoms of rolls. Top with hot sauerkraut mixture. Cover with tops of rolls. Yield: 4 servings.
