1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Dash Worcestershire sauce

Beat all ingredients together and heat. Cool. Use on Spinach salad.
