SPINACH SALAD 
2 bags spinach, washed and drained
Sliced mushrooms
Hard boiled eggs, sliced or chopped
Bacon bits
Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing crumbs

DRESSING:

2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. cider vinegar
1 1/3 c. sugar
6 tsp. mustard (Dijon)
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
Med. onion, chopped (sweet Vidalia)

Prepare dressing day before and shake now and then. When ready to serve pour dressing over above items and toss.
