CHRISTMAS SALAD 
Combine:

Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten

Cook very slowly until thick. Take from heat and add 1/2 package colored mini-marshmallows.

Add:

2 cans pineapple tidbits
1 jar red Maraschino cherries, drained
1 jar green Maraschino cherries (may cut in half)
1 1/4 c. pecans

Mix everything together and add 1 pint of whipping cream. Cover and let stand overnight.

NOTE: May add Mandarins or 1 can of tropical fruit mix, etc.
