2 pkgs. Bisquick (buttermilk)
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. cheese (med. sharp), save 1/2 for top
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, beaten

Mix ingredients, stirring as little as possible. Grease pan lightly with Crisco; pour mixture in greased pan. Cover with remainder of cheese. Add slivers of butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
