CHICKEN STEW-GHETTI 
1 whole chicken
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar plain spaghetti sauce
6 oz. mushrooms, sliced
3/4 c. water
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 sm. garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried basil
Salt, pepper to taste
1 med. zucchini, sliced
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook chicken; cool, bone and cut meat into bite size pieces. While chicken is cooling combine sauce and next 7 ingredients. Simmer 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chicken and zucchini simmer 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve stew over spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
