MINI CHERRY CHEESECAKES 
12 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
Vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Mix all ingredients to the consistency of mayonnaise: cheese, sugar and eggs. Put a vanilla wafer in small cupcake liners and fill 3/4 full. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Top with cherry filling. Refrigerate until ready to use.
