PEACH DESSERT | |
6 to 8 ripe peaches or 1 can peach slices 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar Pinch of salt 1/4 c. butter Preheat oven to 450 degrees and grease baking dish. Put sliced peaches in bottom of baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon. Sift flour, sugar and salt into mixing bowl. Add butter and cut in with a pastry blender until mixture is mealy. Spoon mixture over layer of peaches. Bake 15 minutes then reduce heat to 375 degrees and continue baking for 20 to 25 minutes. Great with ice cream! |
