GERMAN COLE SLAW | |
1 lg. head of cabbage, shredded 1 med. onion, finely cut 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. salad oil 1 c. vinegar 1 tsp. celery seed 1 tsp. mustard seed 1/8 tsp. black pepper Combine cabbage, onion and sugar; let set 1 hour. Mix remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage mixture - let cool. Will keep for 2 days or longer. |
