1 pt. strawberries
1 c. Ricotta cheese
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. orange flavored liqueur
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Semi-sweet chocolate, grated

Wash, hull and slice strawberries. Combine Ricotta cheese, confectioners' sugar, orange flavored liqueur and vanilla extract. Layer in 4 parfait glasses; top with grated semi-sweet chocolate; chill 20 minutes.
