CHERRY COBBLER 
1 1/2 c. Grape Nuts
1/3 c. apple juice concentrate
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix above ingredients into 9 inch pie pan. Press to form shell.

FILLING:

3 c. frozen cherries
3 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. water
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Place cherries, water, and cornstarch in a saucepan. Mix well to dilute cornstarch. Bring to a boil, reduce flame to low, and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir to prevent lumping and sticking. Remove from flame and allow to cool. Add walnuts. Pour over crust in pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes. Serves 6.
