CHICAGO PIZZA 
2 c. tepid water
2 envelopes quick rise yeast
1/2 c. salad oil
4 tbsp. olive oil
3 c. flour
1/2 c. corn meal
2 1/2 c. flour
3 lbs. sweet Italian sausage
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 jar sauce
Romano cheese
Black olives
Mushrooms
Green peppers, etc.

Combine first 4 ingredients. Add 3 cups flour and 1/2 cup corn meal. Mix 10 minutes. Add 2 1/2 cups flour and knead 15 minutes. Let rise, knead again. Rise. Top with cheese, then cooked sausage, then sauce and anything else you want on top. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Yields 24 pieces.
