INDIA SHRIMP 
1 can consomme
1 can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 lbs. cooked shrimp
1 tbsp. curry powder
1/4 c. raisins
Salt
Pepper
1/4 c. flour

Simmer in pot consomme, pineapple and the raisins. Stir curry powder into flour and water to make a paste. Thicken sauce with this mixture. Add shrimp. Serve with rice. Chutney, coconut, and slivered almonds go to top of each portion.
