NO-BAKE BACHELOR CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip, softened
1/4 - 1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can fruit pie filling, any fruit desired

CRUST:

Graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. sugar

Combine cream cheese and Cool Whip. Mix well. Add sugar and vanilla. Whip until fluffy. Fold into cooled crust. Chill. Just before serving, top with pie filling or divide into servings and allow guests to top their dessert according to their taste.

Crust: Combine cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Work into coarse crumbs (approximately pea-size). Press into pie pan covering bottom and up sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-8 minutes or until slightly browned. Cool thoroughly before filling.
