BREAKFAST QUICHE 
1/4 lb. of meat
Frozen pie crust
1 egg white
2 c. milk
3 eggs
Salt and pepper
1/4 lb. cheese

Brown meat. Brush pie crust with egg white. Scald 2 cups of milk. Beat 3 eggs add dash of salt, pepper. Add milk and shredded cheese. Put meat, cheese (peppers and onions) in pie crust, pour in egg mixture until full. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes until looks brown on top.
