SWISS CHICKEN CUTLETS 
5 boneless chicken breasts
2 beaten eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. oil

Dip breasts in egg then bread crumbs, fry in oil, set aside. Mix until thick:

3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Add 2 1/2 cups milk. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup dry white wine. Place chicken in 9 x 13 inch casserole. Cover with sauce and bake covered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle with 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
