HAM LOAF WITH HORSERADISH 
1 lb. ground fully cooked ham
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 slice white bread (torn sm. pieces)
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1/4 c. grated carrots
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

For Loaf: In a medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients; blend well. Form into loaf. Place in ungreased 8 x 4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees on rack 50-60 minutes. Meat thermometer needs to register 165 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes. Remove from pan.

SAUCE:

1/3 whipping cream
2 tbsp. horseradish
2 tsp. cider vinegar
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

For Sauce: In a small bowl whip cream until peaks form. Blend in remaining sauce ingredients. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Then serve over ham loaf. 4-6 servings.
