SCANDINAVIAN SALAD 
1 c. French style string beans
1 c. English peas
1 c. celery, chopped
6 green onions, chopped
1 sm. jar pimiento
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. wine vinegar

Combine first 6 ingredients. Mix next 6 and marinate vegetable for 24 hours. Drain before serving on Bibb lettuce cups.
