BANANA BREAKFAST BARS 
3/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. packed dark brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
4 c. oats
1/2 c. chopped dried apricots
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. sunflower seeds

Cream butter and brown sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in egg, salt, cinnamon and bananas. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown. Cool on wire rack. Cut into bars. Store in airtight container. Yield: 24 bars. Approximately per bar: calories 193, protein 3.4 gr., fat 10.2 gr.
