ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2-1 c. chocolate chips

Cream shortening, sugar and oil together. Add eggs, vanilla, buttermilk. Measure dry ingredients together. Mix together and add zucchini. Stir all together until blended. Pour in greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
