BROILED MARSHMALLOW FROSTING | |
3 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed 2 tbsp. cream 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. miniature marshmallows Cream the butter. Add the sugar gradually and blend well. Stir in the cream. Add the walnuts and marshmallows, mixing lightly. Spread on top of a baked 9 inch square cake, which has not been removed from the baking pan. Broil slowly about 5 inches below the heat for 2-3 minutes until the top is bubbly and lightly browned. |
