1/2 c. Bisquick or Jiffy mix
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. soft butter

Mix all ingredients in blender for 2-3 minutes. Pour into a buttered pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
