1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sherry wine
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
Dash of pepper

Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl. Blend together well.

Great for marinade chicken, shrimp or beef. Marinate meat overnight.
