BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM 
3 eggs
1 c. whiskey
1 tbsp. chocolate syrup
1 pt. heavy cream
1 can condensed milk (Bordens or Eagle)
1/2 tbsp. instant coffee

Mix 3 eggs in blender then add 1 cup whiskey, 1 can condensed milk (Bordens or Eagle Brand), 1 tbsp. chocolate syrup, 1/2 tbsp. instant coffee, one pint heavy cream. Mix. Pour over ice.
