1 lg. head of lettuce
Grated cauliflower
Grated carrots
1 pkg. frozen green peas
1 - 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 pkgs. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dry dressing mix
1 pkg. grated cheddar cheese
1 jar bacon bits

In large salad bowl, layer ingredients beginning with the torn lettuce. Add cauliflower, carrots and peas (still cold). Spread the mayonnaise over peas and sprinkle the dressing generously over the mayonnaise. Spread the cheese over the top covering completely. Cover tighlty with foil or wrap and refrigerate 24 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle bacon bits over the cheese.
