DIABETIC PINEAPPLE CAKE 
4 eggs
4 pkg. Sweet 'n Low
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
4 oz. bread, broken into pieces (2 slices equals 4 oz.)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with 1/2 c. juice drained off

Beat eggs. Add bread and sweetener to mix. Add vanilla and soda. Add fruit. Put into 8-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
