MICROWAVE COOK CHEESE 
24 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. butter
4 to 6 slices Velveeta cheese
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. milk

Put in large bowl the cottage cheese and baking soda. Let stand for 1 hour. Then microwave on High 5 minutes. Melt butter and Velveeta cheese and add to mixture. Mix cornstarch and milk together. Add to other ingredients and microwave on High for 5 minutes. Pour into 1/2-pint jar or small jelly jars.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
