ORANGE GARLIC CHICKEN 
3 whole boneless chicken breasts, split in half
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. chicken broth (homemade, canned or bouillon)
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. orange marmalade
1/4 c. white wine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pound chicken breasts to flatten, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in baking pan in a single layer.

Mix together broth and garlic, pour over chicken. Cover pan with foil, bake 45 minutes or until tender, pour off most of broth.

While chicken is cooking, combine orange marmalade with wine. Spoon over cooked chicken and return to oven. Bake uncovered in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes, basting with sauce frequently to give chicken a tasty glaze.
