BROCCOLI WITH CHEESE 
1 lb. fresh broccoli
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 lg. egg, beaten
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tbsp. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
2 drops hot red pepper sauce
3 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter, melted
Paprika

Cut broccoli stalks lengthwise into halves; cook in large saucepan of boiling water until crisp tender, about 8 minutes. Drain well; arrange in greased 1 quart baking dish.

Combine cottage cheese, egg, onion, Swiss cheese, salt, pepper and red pepper sauce in small bowl; mix well. Spoon over broccoli. Mix bread crumbs and butter in small bowl; sprinkle over cheese mixture. Cover baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven until cheese topping is set, about 20 minutes. Remove foil; sprinkle top of casserole with paprika.
