GLAZED SWEET POTATOES 
Sweet potatoes
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine sugar, butter, cinnamon, and salt in a thick skillet and cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until mixture blends and bubbles. Arrange sweet potatoes in skillet; cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until potatoes are hot. Uncover and cook 5 minutes, basting frequently, until potatoes are glazed.
