CREAM OF CRAB SOUP 
3 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk or half & half
1 bottle clam juice
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 slice pimento, chopped fine
1 sprig parsley, chopped fine
1 can crabmeat
1/4 c. sherry
1 c. chicken broth

Melt butter, stir in flour. Add remaining ingredients. Bring just to boil. Put in blender or processor until crabmeat is fine. Serve hot.
