1 stick butter
1 c. smooth peanut butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 (16 oz.) box Rice Chex
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips on low heat in large saucepan. Add Rice Chex until coated well. Dump 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar into grocery bag, add gooey chex mix and shake to coat. Serve in a dog food dish for full effect.
