POOR MAN'S SANDWICH 
2 slices bologna
2 slices tomato
1 slice cheese
Lettuce
2 slices whole wheat bread or hamburger bun
Onion slice (optional)

Place cheese between bologna and place in frying pan. Brown bologna on both sides; cheese will melt. Remove from pan and place on toasted bread, if preferred. Place tomato, lettuce and onion on bread. Serve with fries or chips.
