FROZEN FRUIT PUNCH 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
3 c. sugar
13 c. water
2 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice
1 (8 oz.) bottle lemon juice
2 1/2 oz. bottle almond extract
2 qts. ginger ale, add when ready to serve

Mix Jello and sugar in a very large bowl. Bring to a boil 6 cups of the water and pour over sugar-Jello mixture. Stir until dissolved. Add the rest of the water and the rest of the ingredients, except the ginger ale. Stir well. Pour equal amounts into 2 (1 gallon) milk jugs. Freeze until it is solid flakes of ice, about 24 hours. When ready to serve, cut the jugs into a large pan; break up with spoon or knife. Pour into punch bowl. Add ginger ale; stir and serve. This will be like a thick slush.
