FRUIT COBBLER 
5 c. fresh fruit or frozen (peaches, berries, etc.)
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Heat to boiling the fruit and 1 cup of sugar. Mix in bowl the rest of ingredients. Pour batter into cake pan. Do not stir. Spoon hot fruit and juice over batter carefully. Do not mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Do not overbake.
