CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing mix
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 whole chicken, stewed

Stew chicken. Pick meat off bones and set aside. Save broth. Melt butter and stir into dressing mix.

In a greased baking dish, place a layer of dressing crumbs, chicken; then a layer of mushroom and chicken soup (to which 1 can of the broth has been added). Layer again, ending with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
