3-HOUR STEW 
2 lbs. stew meat, cut up & left raw
6 c. potatoes, cut up
4 c. carrots, cut up
1 1/2 c. celery, cut up
1 med. onion, chopped
6 tbsp. instant tapioca
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. seasoning salt
Dash of pepper
1 can whole tomatoes (303 size)
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. bouillon
2 slices bread, broken up

Put all ingredients together in large roaster. Bake in 250 degrees oven for 3 hours, covered.
