1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. Bisquick
2 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
6 oz. chocolate chips

Mix together. Drop spoonfuls on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Frost while still warm.

FROSTING: (half of recipe is enough)
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
