PEPPER STEAK 
Round steak or chuck roast, 2 inches thick
1 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. marjoram
Bay leaf crushed
2 tbsp. onion
Meat tenderizer, unseasoned
Course ground pepper

Tenderize steak for at least 2 hours. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate for 24 hours. Before grilling, sprinkle meat with the coarse pepper. Grill according to taste.
