BERRY CHEESECAKE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 (9 inch) pie shell
1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can blueberry pie filling or fresh fruit

Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into pie shell. Spoon pie filling atop (or top with fresh fruit just before serving). Chill until set.
