9 INCH STIR - N - ROLL PIE SHELL 
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt (or less)
1/3 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. cold milk

DOUBLE CRUST PIE:

2 c. flour
1/2 c. salad oil
5 tbsp. cold milk
Salt, as desired

Mix together flour and salt. Pour oil into measuring cup and add milk (don't stir). Then pour all at once into flour. Stir lightly until mixed; round up dough and flatten between 2 sheets waxed paper and roll to fit pie pan. Peel off top paper and fit into pan. Prepare edge as desired. Prick dough well! Bake at 375-400 degrees until brown.
