EASY NO ROLL PIE SHELL 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. milk

Combine flour, salt and sugar in a 9 inch pie pan. Mix with fork. Beat oil and milk with fork. Mix into flour mixture until evenly dampened. Press with fingers in even layer over bottom, up sides and partially cover rim. Flute edges. Fill with pie filling and bake.

I like to substitute some whole wheat flour for white, up to about 3/4 cup brown for white flour. This is super easy and for people who like pie but don't want to roll out crust.
