CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 pieces chicken (breast & thighs)
Potatoes, peeled & quartered lengthwise
Carrots
Onions
Green pepper
2 cans golden cream of mushroom soup
1/4 can water

Season and flour chicken. Brown quickly. Place in roaster and all vegetables. Pour soup and water over top. Cover. Place in oven 2 hours at 350 degrees. When done you can top with can of biscuits and bake until brown.
