PARMESAN PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
2 eggs
Milk
2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter and put on a cookie sheet (with sides on it). Beat eggs with milk in a bowl. In another bowl add crumbs and cheese. Roll chops in crumbs then egg mixture and back in crumbs coating both sides.

Place on baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes on one side, turn and bake 25 minutes on other, or until golden brown.
