BAKED RHUBARB BUTTER CRUNCH 
3 c. rhubarb, finely diced
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 c. oatmeal
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. shortening

Mix rhubarb, sugar and flour in bottom of flat baking dish. Mix the other ingredients into crumbs and spread over rhubarb. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm. Serves 6.
