OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
15 c. popped corn
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes (heat brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt to simmer). Cook 5 minutes, stir in soda, pour over popped corn. Stir until coated well.
